Most machining operations can be divided into those that remove metal from an item, and those that allow EMS to produce large volume orders at highly competitive prices.
EMS has complete CNC punching and forming capabilities for producing bus bar as well as other steel and aluminum fabricated components. For high volume orders,
EMS can design and build dies in our fully equipped tool room. Our complete Punch Press and Machining Departments allow EMS to produce larger volume orders and
still offer a highly competitive price to its customers. In our Welding Department, we have wire and spot-welding capabilities including aluminum, steel, and
brazing equipment to help us in the production of your product. EMS also offers time save, deburr, and vibratory finishes for your products. In addition, EMS
can complete all products with an endless variety of plating finishes, coatings, and threaded fastener insertion.

PANELS

Rack and control panels are a staple product for EMS. We build to customer
specifications with very short lead times. Using many different materials, EMS has the
capability of producing panels up to 48” by 120” in a range of gauges from .035” to .025”. Inventory for these products includes several different gauges in
aluminum and low carbon steel sheets. In addition, many of our customers will take advantage of our Silk Screening process to produce quality prints directly on
the panels.

ENCLOSURES
|
EMS has produced small, medium, and large size steel and aluminum enclosures for over 25 years. Using 20 to 11 gauge sheets, single piece enclosures can be produced
up to 72’ long by 24” wide by up to 12” deep, while through fabrication and assembly, enclosures of any size are available.
Built to customer specifications, our enclosures can include electrical Knock-Outs up to 4” in diameter. Whether large runs or individual lot order, EMS can turn out
quality products in very short lead times.

STAMPINGS

EMS offers steel, aluminum, copper, and other ferrous or non-ferrous metal stamping. Our custom stamping products are made even more precise through secondary
operations including deburring, tapping, heat treating, plating, etc... With our presses ranging from 35 to 150 tons we can handle medium to large size runs
with quality and care. EMS can also build your single station or fully progressive die in our in-house tooling department.

BRACKETS
|
|
EMS has offered customers quality brackets and parts for years. Customized and built to specification, all of our fabricated products can be produced in many
finishes, including but not exclusive to, anodized, powder coated, zinc plated, and chrome plated. In steel, aluminum, or other metals, our brackets can be up
to .25” thick and include any type of necessary fastener insertions.

MACHINING
EMS has worked hard over the last 25 years to produce the finest machined parts in the market. Our CNC machining operation can handle small, medium, and large runs
turning our quality parts. Drilling, Milling, Taping, or Turning, EMS has the latest technology for scientific precision.
